6. PAYMENT SERVICES
Fawry, Paymob, Stripe, and other authorized third-party payment providers are responsible solely for payment processing. Their responsibility is limited to payment collection. For payment-related issues, please contact us directly.
7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Med Ace provides educational content but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
7.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Ace LLC shall not be held liable for any damages exceeding fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), regardless of the nature of the claim.
